These terms cover your use of aieve.ai, including the “Talk to EVE” voice demo, the booking calendar and the rest of the site. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
About AI EVE
AI EVE is run by Hayley Moses, trading as AI EVE, 14 Wyatt Close, London SE16 5UL, United Kingdom. Email hello@aieve.ai. AI EVE is not VAT registered. We provide an AI receptionist for hospitality businesses, along with websites, apps, automation and marketing. This site describes what we do, takes demo bookings and lets you try EVE. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

Using the site
When you use the site, please don’t:
- give false or misleading information when you book or get in touch;
- try to disrupt, probe, scan or test the security of the site or the services behind it;
- copy, scrape or reuse our content for competing commercial purposes without our written permission;
- use the voice demo to harass anyone, create unlawful content or break the law.
The voice demo and AI replies
The “Talk to EVE” demo is a recorded AI demonstration. EVE’s replies are generated by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. They are for demonstration only, so please don’t rely on them as professional, legal, financial, medical or safety advice, and don’t share sensitive information. Calls are limited in length. How we handle the recording is explained in our privacy policy.
Our content
The AI EVE name, logo, words, designs and code on this site belong to AI EVE or the people who licensed them to us. You’re welcome to view the site and share links to it. Please don’t copy, change or republish large parts of it without our written permission.
Other services
Some features use other companies’ services, for example the booking calendar, the voice demo and web fonts. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use those features. We choose them carefully, but we don’t control how they run.
No guarantee
We work hard to keep the site and demo running and accurate, but we provide them “as is” and can’t promise they will always be available, error-free or secure.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, AI EVE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
