This policy explains what personal information AI EVE collects through aieve.ai, why, how long we keep it and the rights you have. We keep it as short and plain as we can.
Who we are
The controller of your personal information is Hayley Moses, trading as AI EVE, 14 Wyatt Close, London SE16 5UL, United Kingdom. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@aieve.ai.
What we collect
When you book a demo
Our booking calendar is run by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel). When you book, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and the time you chose, plus anything you add in the notes.
When you talk to EVE on this website
The “Talk to EVE” voice demo uses your microphone. The call is recorded and transcribed. It runs on Vapi, with the audio carried by Daily.co, your speech turned into text by Deepgram, EVE’s replies written by Anthropic (Claude) and her voice produced by Cartesia. We receive the recording, the transcript and basic call details such as the date, time and length. Please don’t share sensitive information during the demo.
When you email us
If you write to hello@aieve.ai, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach.
When you visit the site
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the service. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- Running the demo and answering your enquiry. We use your booking details, demo recording and transcript, and emails to run the demo, reply to you and follow up if you ask us to. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and showing how EVE works.
- Improving the demo. We may review demo transcripts to check EVE answered properly and to improve her. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
- Keeping the site secure. Hosting logs help keep the site running and protected from misuse. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
- Where we ask for consent, for example if you tick a box to hear from us, we rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
You can object to any use based on legitimate interests (see your rights below).
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the service providers that run the features above: LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) for bookings; Vapi, Daily.co, Deepgram, Anthropic and Cartesia for the voice demo; LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) for our customer records; our email provider for emails; GitHub for hosting; and Google Fonts for the typefaces on our pages (when a page loads, your browser sends your IP address to Google to fetch them). They process it on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
International transfers
Several of these providers are based in the United States, so your information may be processed outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Demo call recordings and full transcripts: about 14 days, then deleted automatically by our voice provider.
- A short written summary of the call, and any contact details you give: emailed to our team and, if you leave your details, added to our customer records (GoHighLevel). We keep these for up to 12 months, then delete them.
- Booking details and emails: for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, then up to 2 years.
- Hosting logs: kept by GitHub under its own retention rules.
If you become a client, we keep what we need for the contract and our accounts for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it if it’s wrong;
- ask us to delete it;
- ask us to restrict how we use it;
- object to us using it, including where we rely on legitimate interests;
- ask for it in a portable format, where that applies;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To use any of these rights, email hello@aieve.ai. We’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.
Automated decisions
EVE is an AI, and her replies in the demo are generated automatically. We don’t make any decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies. The booking calendar on our Book a demo page is provided by LeadConnector. It doesn’t load, and sets no cookies, until you choose “Show the booking calendar”; once loaded it sets the cookies it needs to show times and take your booking. The voice demo may store small technical data in your browser while the call runs.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
