Money in, not just calls answered.

Two things a busy venue loses money on: no-shows on big tables, and private hire enquiries nobody rang back.

Deposits by text

  1. You set the rule. For example, tables of 8 or more, and all private hire.
  2. EVE texts the caller. A secure card link to pay the deposit.
  3. The money is yours. It goes straight into your own Stripe account.
  4. You see who’s paid. Each deposit shows as paid or waiting on your dashboard.
  5. One reminder. If they haven’t paid, EVE sends one reminder. Just one.

EVE chases private hire

  1. After 24 hours. If an enquiry isn’t marked called back, EVE texts the caller and nudges your manager.
  2. After 3 days. One more follow-up.
  3. Every week. A list of open private hire leads and what they’re worth.
